For the cyanide plant, the ore size should be 200mesh of 95%, the recovery rate is around 95%. Our 10TPD plant with one ball mill, the size will be 200mesh of 60-70%, the recovery rate will be around 70-80%.
3. Carbon Adsorption Melting Part
1000KG carbon will be loaded with 5-6KG gold.
For our concentrator, the production capacity is 10 tons, if the original gold content is 10g/ton, the gold is 100g/day. The amount of carbon we use every day is 100KG (500g). The gold-containing carbon is tested every day. When the gold content reaches 5-6KG/ton (about 5-6 days), the carbon needs to be taken out.
